Greenstreet was founded in July of 1983 in Lubbock, Texas with a simple goal: serve people well and build with purpose.
We pioneered design-build in the region long before it was common practice, not to stand out—but to better serve our clients through clarity, collaboration, and trust. The projects may have started small, but the vision was always big: build relationships that last and do work we’re proud of.
Over four decades later, we’ve grown, evolved, and expanded our reach—but the values haven’t changed. We’re still client-focused. Still relationship-driven. Still committed to doing things the right way, every time.
