We begin our 40-year proven process at the planning stage of each project. At this stage we build relationships based on trust and full transparency. We provide schematic vision assistance to bring your ideas to paper and determine feasibility. We utilize our years of experience and highly regarded relationships to communicate and collaborate the scope and intent of the project. Our goal is to create value for all involved and minimize mistakes on the front end, all while never straying from our values of honesty and transparency.

DESIGN
The second phase of our proven process relies on our 40 years of market expertise, our design and estimating team, and real time accurate costing to prepare for construction. Our exceptional in-house and external design teams work together with the client to develop construction documents. Greenstreet Design, Estimating, and Construction teams carefully review the construction documents to ensure constructability and that issues due to preventable miscommunication don't make it to the field. Our estimating department will then begin soliciting bids from trade partners for each scope of work and will present cost proposals with full transparency.

PRODUCTION
As your selected Collaborative Contractor, we aim to serve and outperform your expectations from inception to occupancy and beyond. We specialize in a wide variety of commercial projects, and our team of Project Managers and Superintendents are educated and trained in today’s leading construction practices. We are a relationship driven partner who collaborates directly with city staff, design teams, trade partners, and clients to coordinate, construct, and oversee your project.
