Coy Howell

President and majority stock holder of Greenstreet, Inc. Coy brings his 15 years of Sales/Marketing/Public Relations with a construction industry background to Greenstreet, Inc. He oversees all day-to-day operations of our company, as well as all public relations for the firm. Coy adds a unique and specialized area of responsibility to our team. He truly is in charge of “keeping the herd generally moving west”, Coy has been involved in a variety of projects including commercial, retail, multi-family, medical, industrial, as well as land development and more. He will monitor the progress of projects on a weekly basis and provide support when needed.

Jimmy Henderson

Vice President of Marketing and Sales and stockholder. Jimmy has been with Greenstreet, Inc. for 10 years. Jimmy has grown into the position of assuming the role of preliminary design coordinator and is responsible for all construction documents developed through our firm. He has six years of Autocad experience and brings 17 years of sales and public relations experience to this organization. His primary responsibility after the construction contract is initiated, consists of customer service consulting. He has involvement with the projects from the preliminary design and pricing process, through the project closeout and most importantly, through the warranty period. Jimmy is dedicated to the day-to-day contact with the owner, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies, such as the building inspection office, during the design and development stage. He is also involved in all weekly informational meetings and facilitating special needs of the owner. General contracting firms rarely offer this specialized service. It is yet another highly skilled professional that we assign to your project to make sure it is a success.

Laren Craig

Senior Project Manager,Vice President of Construction Services and stockholder . He has been associated with Greenstreet, Inc. for eleven years. Laren is the third generation construction professional with over 20 years experience. He worked in the family building business in West Texas and received a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Engineering at Texas Tech University. Laren spent his first few years with the company as a Project Superintendent learning the field aspects of commercial construction and development, that gives him unique insight as a Project Manager. Laren excels at working with the owner / construction / design team and pays close attention to detail. He is responsible for value engineering and overall estimating, project construction, timeline and budget. He will create and monitor the project schedule, over see contracts and produce billings. Laren will coordinate the project from the Lubbock Greenstreet office and will communicate with the project Superintendent several times each day. He will typically be at the project location several hours per week and will plan to meet with the Owner weekly.

Michael Vasquez

Vice President of Sales and stockholder for Greenstreet, Inc. Mike is an 18 year veteran of the construction industry. Mike has truly learned the industry from the ground up. He got his start working for a drywall contractor, and then was promoted to Crew Foreman. He continued to gain valuable knowledge as he took positions as Project Superintendent and as Project Manager for Greenstreet, Inc. Mike has excellent estimating skills, and for the last several years, has also been successful as a Building Consultant and Design Assistant on many of our projects. His organizational skills and eye for detail make Mike an invaluable member of our team. Mike is primarily responsible for client relations and support as well as pricing and contracting.


Marzee Gloyna

Chief Financial Officer and stockholder for the Greenstreet Team. Marzee is the point of contact for any billing or financial information. She has been with Greenstreet for 15 years and has proven to be the backbone of our operation.
